New Year!

This makes my heart melt every single time she does it. She is very protective of Miles and checks on him frequently. She brings him toys, his popper, blankets, etc. She reads to him and shows him her youtube videos on "her" iPhone. When he cries, she screams, "Miles, it's OK.....Aba's COMING!" And when she gets there, "It's OK Miles, Aba's here." and kisses him. It is heartwarming.

Playing with her favorite toy, Daddy.
Our sweet little angel (most of the time).

You almost can't see the burn on her nose/left cheek/forehead/scalp anymore. Only when she bumps her face on something or gets upset will it flush bright red. We are SO grateful.
You know how I LOVE pictures of my kids sleeping! With Ava, it was the cheeks....With Miles, it is definitely his LIPS! I just want to eat him up!

He has his Daddy's full lips and will just have to grow into them. Until then, we will just kiss on them all we want!!
Except when covered in baby carrots! This was Miles first taste of vegetables. He has only had oatmeal and rice cereal up to this point. He was more than ready! He ate the whole jar.
This time around I was smart enough to take his little shirt off. Baby carrots STAIN. We learned this the hard way with Ava!
How cute is my our little guy???!

Ava and Miles first REAL snow. She has talked about it nonstop ever since!

Miles didn't really have an appreciation for the snow this year...maybe next year!

The girls, trying not to bust their butts in front of Brad while he has a camera!
Ava LOVES to color. EVERYWHERE. She has colored on the furniture, walls, cabinets, appliances, etc.. Luckily, someone created a product to get it off of everything but the furniture.

She also loves to eat Crayons. Every night when she brushes her teeth, she says, "Crayons Out!" as they are usually embedded in her molars and I have to scrub to get them out. Nice. At least they are non-toxic.
Ava has regressed a bit with Miles getting a lot of the attention. She now likes to claim his bumbo seat, and here, his car seat and blanket. Oh well, no harm, no foul.

Miles has discovered his feet and thinks they are better than most of his toys, which is great since they go with us everywhere we go!

Hanging out together in the playroom!
Kinley going to her 50's party at Cotillion. They told them to dress up like their favorite "Happy Days" character. Didn't that go off the air in the 70's?? These kids weren't even born until 1998! Is there anything wrong with an 80's party?

Miles hates to lay down. He has to be upright all the time and around people. He is going to be quite social we think. He loves being in his walker and his exersaucer.

We could just eat him up!

Your kiddos are BEAUTIFUL! SOOO CUTE! I have told the "Dammit, Ava" story a few times...that gets me tickled.

I just want you to know how awesome you guys are. You have made my (our) experience so smooth and you have all made us feel so special. I have posted before how I feel like everyone at AFG is family to me because you have been such an important part of our lives for the past five years.

Thank you so much for making today so much fun...and not making me wait ALL day! :-) I am thrilled and still just in awe. This was our last chance to have a baby - we are in the dreaded "self" pay crowd.

I am so thankful and soooo sooo excited. Thanks, Tracy, I hope you know how special you are in your career. You guys have some magic going on back there!
