Another Milestone....

I could just sop her up with a biscuit!!!!She loves playing with her feet.


She can actually be very helpful now during diaper changes.
She is even more aware and inquisitive these days. She is really into people.
MILESTONE!!! Look who sits up unassisted now.......

She plays briefly on her elevated tummy-time bug, but she hates it....here she is yelling (loudly) for me to get her off of it!She is giggling a lot now and it is adorable!

Just look at her sit up! Who knew you could get excited over such stuff?

She LOVES playtime with Daddy. She does everything he does.....so watch it, Dad!
Our living room is trashed. It is no longer ours, it appears to have been taken over by Romper Room.

First Meal

Ava's had her first "meal" night before last. She wouldn't have any part of rice cereal, so we tried carrots. She loved them!

We couldn't feed her fast enough, bless her heart! You know how I love to watch my baby sleep.....here is my little angel sleeping with her little angel! She is such a happy baby!
Here she is trying to figure out all the bells and whistles on her jump-up!
Mostly, she just "hangs out" instead of "jumping up".

She thinks her Mommy is very funny! Here she is laughing at me washing bottles....she's an easy audience!



She has learned to give a "raspberry" and does so now often and unprovoked....it's adorable!

After her four month shots, Ava spiked to 102! She felt awful that night, but loved chillin with Daddy.....that is her favorite thing!

Daddy's little Razorback, Mommy's little Easter Bunny

Ava loves to watch sports! Brad thinks she is into the game....I think she likes the colors, fast movements, noise and deep announcers' voices.
She was cheering the Hogs on in the SEC finals against the Georgia Bulldogs.
We lost, but she didn't seem too concerned.
She is already close to outgrowing her little cheerleading outfit!





OK, it's not quite Easter yet, but I thought I would try to get a cute little Easter picture of Ava today. We went to get her picture made with the Easter bunny last weekend and he wasn't at the mall! So I got up today to take some myself and awoke to find Ava had scratched up her face during the night. Oh well, you know what they say about making plans....
She looks more like an Easter chipmunk with those sweet cheeks!!

Ava can't stand it if she is not sitting up and in the middle of everything! So Brad took 2 towels and propped her up in her highchair and she loved it!!! She can hold her head up, but isn't sitting up on her own yet, so she is getting to cheat a little.

She had so much fun!

She loved sitting up at the bar with her Daddy while he read the paper and she ate her fist.
